• Toll Blending: Contract manufacturing of lubricants using client-provided specifications.
• Private Labeling: Branding of LubriEdge products under client's own label.
• Consultation: Expert advice on lubricant applications and efficiency.

All services are subject to separate agreements, quotes, and contracts.

4. User Obligations

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services.
• Not to misuse the website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LubriEdge, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, USA for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

LubriEdge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
